Ordered a new 2 piece set from here, delivery was fast and the set is amazing!

Purchased an item of clothing and chose UK size 14 as stated on the item and buying size guide .
They sent me a size 4. Which is very small like a UK size 8.
They are telling me that it's Paris sizing and that a 4 is an Xl UK.
Absolutely inaccurate information listed.
Out of pocket and waste of time .
Do not shop with this company.

I ordered a jacket that should of been delivered with in 48 hours the tracking has not moved since the 6th emailed them a fee times to have a response saying quite another 48h hours to see if it comes oh guess what it still not arrived so I've emailed them again a few times and been ignored with no response completely unreliable company will not be using again!! Avoid at all cost

I ordered myself two off their maxi cardigans one in Beige and then I ordered the Cream version too.
I did find the Beige was slightly bigger although both were the same size, the Beige definitely fitted alot better & I lived in it last summer. Hoping to grab a black version!

Overall though amazing quality for the price!

i made an order on the 3rd of feb and payed for next day delivery that was supposed to come by 3:30pm it is now the following day at 4pm and no parcel i was send a tracking number so i tried to track it turns out it was the wrong tracking number so i can not track it i have sent an email aswell that hasn’t been replied to its just annoying i want my package

I ordered a 3 piece lounge suit, came within 3 days quality is good so cosy going to order the other colour really pleased with it

Ordered a diamond quilted long line coat but received a short jacket in the wrong size!!!
There is a slip inside but the returns peel off label has been removed. So can’t send it back and can not find a telephone number to call!!!
Don’t use this site!!!

I am so happy with my order I ordered a black coat which fits perfectly! I would definitely order again from this website! THIS IS NOT A SCAM!. MY ORDER WAS PERFECT JUST LIKE THE PICTURE. I had a little trouble with the delivery as it was meant to come Tuesday and they gave me a full refund on the delivery even though it was the postal office fault. The company replied back to me within a hour with a conformation of refund of delivery, my parcel came on the next day (Wednesday, today)

Ordered and paid £6 next day delivery. Items have still not even been dispatched. Emailed and messaged on social media and getting no response. I am strongly against anyone buying from this site.

Update - Refunded for delivery, clothes have arrived. Good quality clothes, absolutely love them. Just a shame they didn’t come when they were supposed too and that no one was replying for days.

Please don’t ever order anything from lasula is scam. It does not exist you wil never get what you pay for . A very bad company that collect your money and does not send your package. I order something from them is more than one month now they did not send my package or refund my money. Biggest scam site

Full of sh!t, paid £6 for next day delivery and it’s been six days. No email confirmation my parcel has been dispatched, emailed the company multiple times and have been ignored have no idea when I’m getting this parcel or if I’ll ever get it a waste of money!!! Please don’t order here again massive mistake scam of a company.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Fraudulently company! I put items in my basket amd left the site, next minute the money was taken from my account and 2 absolutely horrificly made dresses were at my door. I have emailed them and fb messaged them several times no response. I requested a return as no return information came with parcel. And Im expected to oay to return?? Avoid this company!

I ordered something for it to come next day delivery and it came but not the next day it came 4 days later but other than that the sizing was good.
